Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Some health and personal care items
1.Eligibility:
– Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
– To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It should include all freebies, bills, other documents and must be packed in original box.
2. Initiating a Return:
– Contact our customer service team within the 7-day period to initiate the return process.
– Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
3. Return Authorization:
– Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
– Include this RA number on the package when returning the item.
4. Return Shipping:
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Condition of Returned Items:
– Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
-Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
6. Inspection and Refund:
– Upon receiving the returned item, our quality check inspection team will inspect it for compliance with the return policy.
– If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
– If possible kindly take an unboxing video when the package is received for evidence and submit it as a proof to our quality check team while returning the item
– Khojeko Jastai has the sole and Utmost right and authority to reject a claim for return if the reason is found invalid by our team.
– Decision by Khojeko Jastai will be final and binding
7. Exchanges:
– We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
– There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
8. Damaged or Defective Items:
– If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. Returns claimed after 48 hours for damaged and defective item will not be applicable for a refund.
9. Non Returnable Items:
– Certain items, such as personalized or intimate goods, are not eligible for return. Please check product descriptions for details.
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
10. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
